"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"Ro og fred i en hyggelig havn.
På trods af lettere mangelfuld rengøring, og at der ikke var fjernet affald og indhentet sengelinned fra de tidligere beboere, så havde vi et skønt ophold, og kan kun anbefale stedet.
Ps. Lidt mangelfyldt køkkenredskaber og når der står det er inkl kitchen linen, så forventer man der er et viskestykke."
