"Comfortable, spacious home with nice yard, patio and gardens in quiet, pretty neighborhood.Thoughtfully set up with everything we needed including beach items and kids toys. We had lots of room for family including toddler and kid, as home includes living room, den, and pool table room as well as screen porch off of the dining room. Easy drive to beach, restaurants, shops. Very nice and we hope to return! "

It is so spacious and the open layout downstairs is lovely --great, well-stocked kitchen and huge island to gather around with lots of light. "Loved everything from the parking, garage, game room, to the lovely sunroom to have a coffee and do some reading during a couple summer storms. Easy access to Lewes & Rehoboth beaches as well shopping outlets and bike trails through Cape Henlopen. Extra bonus points for being so close to a Grottos pizza place which happens to be one of our top fave pizzas. Check in/out was super easy! Thank you for everything…we’d love to stay again sometime!"
