"We really enjoyed our stay, fantastic staff, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great atmosphere, what we were expecting for our stay. Food was lovely also. Very pleased that we were able to take our dog Luna, she was very much loved by not only the staff but the customers. We stayed for two nights and was able to sleep very well. Really lovely staff"

Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...
