"Lively staff, right in the centre of Fort Kochi. Location was fantastic with loads of restaurants & cafes close by. Room had aircon which was a big bonus as we didn’t think it had it. Rooms overlook communal courtyard - big and spacious. Clean bathrooms and no issue with bugs (except mosquitos but they are everywhere in Cochin). Cons: Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty upon arrival (some had stains) "

"Lovely comfy bed and spacious room. We had the Royal room on 2nd floor but tgere was only one small hatch window which opened onto the inside of the building so very little light into the room and no balcony. There was a jacuzzi in the bathroom which was nice, but the controls weren't working, so you couldn't have it warmed. No phone in room to contact reception. Kettle didn't work. Tv control didn't work properly. Breakfast was very slow. Toaster was temperamental. "

"The dormitory is beautiful and probably the best I've ever been in. Had a Scandinavian feel to it as spacious and clean. Bathroom also spacious. However mostly male staff work here and they just walk into the all female dorms. One knock and they come in. Also when being cleaned through the day the doors are left open so rooms fill with mosquitos. You try and explain this and they can't understand English. Also no curtains for each bed so no privacy. Also serves meat at the hostel which I find...
