"The views are beautiful, the staff are amazingly kind and helpful, breakfast was a good variety of continental style and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. All my “must haves” checked. The rooms are quaint and not fancy. They are very clean and all your basic needs are covered. Just not fancy and our bathroom was very small. It had a beautiful patio with gardens but the furniture on the patio isn’t very comfortable. It’s close to the Positano local bus stop and good variety of restaurants...

"Hotel itself was great! Breakfast offerings were outstanding. The restaurant in front of hotel no longer wasn’t a big bummer. Our choice to stay was perfect to allow us to walk down to Pompei archaeological site entrance. The shops,market and food courts across from archaeological site was very convenient. "

"This hotel is on the 5th floor of a building which has other business in it. It is a lovely building, marble floors. Lift is from the 1930s I think but feels safe. Could not get in, had a sit down on the stairs and someone came and opened the door. Double room, en suite overlooking the courtyard so very quiet. Bed comfortable. Staff are friendly and was able to leave my suitcase on the last day so I could explore more. Very close to restaurants, cafes, buses and metro. Nice walk down to the port...

"There were no signs to the hotel which made it difficult to find in its remote location. The sign was to a resturant with a different name. No air conditioning or fan. The receptionist left at night and locked us in the hotel. The promised breakfast did not appear so left at 8.30 through the fire escape. Very disapointing."

"Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump. We had a hard time getting into the whole building as we had to walk to a side street entrance and it’s part of what looks to...
