Shower head has been mended with some plastic material to avoid leaking (did not work) TV not working ,pillows we’re disgusting very dirty ,communication not so great . We were told that check in started at 4pm but when we got there at 04:30 pm the flat was still occupied,not good enough we’ve travelled all the way from London . Floor carpets very uneven and dirty looking ! Not staying there ever again and will not recommend to...

"No hot water facilities, have then lied to Expedia and said there were in the morning. One room reasonably clean, the other filthy, with left over crockery from another guest. Both bathrooms in a state of disrepair. A shame because it’s the only hotel in the village, and I have previously stayed and it’s been dated but clean."

"Spacious room - simple but exactly what you’d expect from this affordable option. Easy commute into Brighton Centre by bus or UBER. Clean property. Would say bedding was pretty poor. Bedsheet was bobbly and duvet was very thin. Apart from that - great option for a bed to stay for a night or 2. All staff were friendly. Didn’t see much of the students walking around or making noise and all short stay bookings are kept in one area."
