"The staff were good about accommodating my special requests. Housekeeping service was spectacular. Room and hotel were clean. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly. However, it was not a perfect stay and I'm tempted to take a star off. The hotel did not respond to my Expedia message. I also asked for a hand towel, and the response was because i'm in a single standard I only get one towel. This was not a welcoming gesture. An extra towel is such a small thing to make a customer happy....
