"I didn't get the room I booked from the add. I was put in a room with no window, tiny, hot.The top of the side table was so sticky my phone stuck to it. No milk in little fridge. Shared bathroom with wet towels left on floor, shared toilet with no paper. No easy directions to get out. Got locked in stairwell."
"We stayed only one night but I really think this is a place you would want to spend a couple of days to get maximum benefit from everything on offer. Only issue was the soap dispenser in the shower ran out of soap while I was in the shower (last one of three to use it) other than that enjoyable stay."
"Nous avions le logement avec 3 chambres, espace de vie très grand.
Tout ce qu'il faut.
Les enfants ont pu aller a Timezone juste en face d'où l'on a directement la visu"
"Negatives. Property is very very tired. Gardens need a good tidy up and outdoor furniture a paint.
The spa bath in our room was broken. And bathroom ceiling a few large patches of black mould with holes in vinyl floor. Where light fixtures had been replaced in bedrooms the wall was a different colour and previous screw holes visible. Fridge extremely noisy. All things I wouldn’t expect from a 4.5star rated motel. All easily fixed.
Positives: Staff were very friendly, linen nice and...
"It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sky Tower, though there is an uphill walk to get to the hostel from there. The staff were friendly and handled an issue of my bed being occupied by someone else."
"It was terrible. There wasn't any base fir the bed and very soft. It gave me a back problem. Flush of toilet leaking. Had to step in a puddle of water for a shower. It doesn't drain properly. The fridge was not cold enough that even the milk split. The staff didn't contact the manager. They only apologised but that's it. When ring up the the number no reply or disconnect the call and don't reply. They have not refunded the deposit. So how do I contact or complain. Expedia, you'll should...
"The room is very spacious, and the amenities are well-equipped and convenient. Free parking is also a great advantage.
Something could be improved is the cleanliness of the clothes hangers, as there was some dust on them. Also, the room has limited natural light because there is only a small window, so the lights need to be turned on during the day, also the air conditioning needs to be turned on for refreshing."
