I had asked about a few local features and businesses and while he was immediately knowledgeable about them and told me about local walking trails, he then called our room later to let us know about a suggestion he just heard from another customer that...

"Clean, lovely cabin on the water close to restaurants and groceries. Communication is weird because of the corporate level involvement. Clearly a press to communicate clearly, but it came from several different contact points which was confusing. But I appreciate the kind interactions and information. Was a great stay, and we enjoyed our time. A handle on the sliding glass door would be appreciated as it’s the main traffic point once moved in. "
