"It was good experience overall, nice, clean good size room, comfortable bed and pillows. Person who checks the room helped me to find way to main door and my room, helped me with code to doors. Only on first night I had issue with noise from banging doors, even I had earplugs. Also no soap in bath. Just waiting for my 50 pounds to be returned for security deposit. "

Als ich mich fragte, ob es im Hotel Handtücher gäbe (ja!), stieß ich im Netz auf Beurteilungen, die "ungenügend" waren, also eine glatte sechs. Kritik: Kein Frühstück und viel zu laut. "We arrived later than we had planned but received a warm welcome from the hosts. We had the family room which is a good size, well decorated, warm and comfortable. The accomodation was spotless. We didnt eat there but will need to be in Cambridge in aroun 6 months time, so hoping we can stay again. Great value for money. Highly recommended. "

"Good stay at the Pear Tree Inn! Staff were great, calling me as I was arriving late and sending across a AVT invoice quickly (as there is no one there on checkout)! There is no hairdryer in the room - I didn’t realise this until the morning and there was no one downstairs to ask! "

"The hotel was a bit tricky to find, you have to be organised and check-in in advance and I had to chase up the check-in details on the day because they weren't sent to me. "Beautiful setting in a very peacegul location. My 3rd stay here when working away. Rooms large and beautifully furnished and very comfy beds. Would highly recommend "

"Cheapest option we could find and we had everything we needed. It's above a members only club but there's a separate entrance for the rooms, just once you check-in at the bar, you can come and go as you please."
