"The room was incredibly clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was also amazing. I was a short walk from everything I needed and wanted to see, with great restaurants and bars. I had a wonderful night's sleep and the breakfast in the morning was very good. I would love to go back."

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "
