"Absolutely loved our stay! The backyard is like a private resort!! We had a question at check in and Avanti was quick to respond.Spent a day at Weeki Wachee and drove up to Crystal River to swim with manatees another day. Loved Silver Dolphin and Bayport Inn for dinners. "

"I enjoyed staying at this house. The host and maintenance manager had really quick communication. There was an issue where the downstairs bedroom (separate from the rest of the house upstairs) lock wasn’t locking properly. Although the issue was unable to be fixed this weekend, the host was super communicative and speedy to come by and try to fix the issue."

"Home is amazing. Updated technology everywhere, from the shower to the lights and fans even the fridge. Pool and game room wonderful, fish from the dock. Well worth any price. We will come again. "

"The hosts are incredible; so friendly and helpful. The location is safe, quiet and close to everything you need. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The pool area was perfect. Shaded gazebo with lots of seating and ample room on the pool deck for sunning. Pool is heated and well maintained. Back yard is fully fenced which was perfect for our dogs; they were outside with us all day. The home is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pictures are accurate. Sofa and beds...

"Grand kids had a terrific time they didn’t want to leave. Connected with other family members that came over to play had a great time. Yard needs a little help but overall it was fun and relaxing. "
