"We had an awesome time. Beach access was in credible. Staff was excellent. Tv didn't work and parking is a bit tricky and annoying. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. "

"The staff was super friendly & eager to help with any question we had. The room was spacious & clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to feel like we were cooking at home. The beach was easily accessible. The beach chairs were a little tall for us but luckily we brought our own. We were able to leave our things on the beach, grab a quick lunch & not feel like we missed any quality beach time! Highly recommend staying at the Inn on the Beach!"

"I've stayed at PAG for 5 years and this is by far the best location! Breakfast goes above and beyond bagels and fruit. Wayne is the amazing chef and due to rain on the rooftop, it was delivered to my room. PAG stays have notoriously small bathrooms, not the Berkeley, it was double the size. Location is great, 1 block from Paradise Grille and same street as Brass Monkey. Will definitely stay again."

"All in all we enjoyed our stay. The place fit all of us, we felt safe, easy short walk to the beach, food, ice cream, some stores. However, the listing was a little misguiding. The listing states there are 5 beds in the main house. There are only 3 and two sofa beds. If Sofa beds would have been listed we may have chosen differently for our group. There is an oder in the living area, pretty yucky. We had to have maintenance come and fix some doors and WiFi. But other than that the stay was...
