"Dissapointing at best. Mix up on check in, wrong room assignment, wrong code. No blanket for fold out bed. No instructions for T.V. Coffe pot did not work, no instructions. Someone was mowing the lawn at 720 A.M. Definately not a do over!"

"The property and its amenities made us fell like we were at home away from home. It was perfect in its location which provided privacy and peace during our stay. It was very clean and had all that we needed to make our getaway more enjoyable and comfortable. Checking in and out of the property was a no hassle process. "This was our first time on AMI and it definitely won’t be our last. We booked this house based on its location near Bean Point Beach. The house is situated less than a 3 minute walk until your feet are in the ocean. The property was amazing with a pool and covered sitting area that then flowed into the bar/game room located on the first floor. The kids loved playing darts and foosball between trips to the ocean and the pool. The main level has a large living room and option kitchen that more than met our needs. The island in the kitchen was a hot spot for eating and talking while we enjoyed the a/c to cool off. The bedroom on the main floor was large and very accommodating. The top floor had another bedroom with a bathroom attached with the primary bedroom was very nice with a large bathroom attached that also had doors leading to the top deck level that was great to watch sunrises and sunsets from. We could not have asked for a better house and location near the beach. We had heard that Bean Point might not be the best place to get into the water, but we found it to be fantastic; with no issues of tides or animal life besides the manatees going up and down the beach. We did also go to Manatee beach which does have life guard tower(s) and it was great but parking is a little hard if you don’t get there early on the weekends. We ended up at a church(Church of the Annunciation) just North of the parking lot which allowed parking for a donation of your choosing. "
