Lamps were not working, Chair on balcony had a broken arm, microwave turn table didn't work and dishwasher was also broken. Support service was very difficult to deal with as they didn't keep track of previous conversations so i had to re type everything i had already said in previous messages which was extremely frustrating where i got to...

"Wasn’t allowed to leave bags down in lobby of hotel on checkout day because I was “apparently” not a hotel guest because it’s a separate room to the hotel. The only gym is not included apparently as hotel staff have said only thing that can be used is pool."

"This property is full of mould on the walls, blinds says it is a sun drenched apartment but no sun entered the apartment at all. No spare blankets and the bed is uncomfortable, and broken flooring. Wouldn't stay here again. Picking up keys from another location is a pain"
