"Decent for a capsule hotel. The capsule was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the shared facilities. It wasn't air conditioned so it was always hot and muggy. But it was relatively clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It's within walking distance of many markets and attractions. Plenty of restaurants. The metro station is a 5-min walk. The price was very affordable for budget travelers. And it's a good step up from a hostel. "

Room not big but it's okay since they have provided all nessesery like TV fridge desk nice bed clean modern bathroom hot shower good WiFi. "Very neat and clean hotel, with friendly staff. Our bathroom sink leaked on to the floor, the shelf was falling, hard bed and no window. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. The hotel was far from the main city. We found the area quite run down. Although, it was Good value for price and we would recommend and stay again!!! "

"I found the staff to be dishonest. Shamelessly dishonest and greedy. Once a customer pays, it's paid. Just because you arbitrarily decide that the customer paid too little, it's bad business practice and unprofessional to demand more money making the paid customer feel like either they pay you more money or they won't have access to internet restored. Also, and I should mention this because I still don't know what it was but if you are thinking of staying here, ask what the blinking red light...
