"Favorite vacation spot. We along with others love to come here annually or more often. The cabins are rustic outside, and nice inside. The new owners are updating inside as they go. Excellent Ocean view & short walk to beach. Minimal traffic."

Only hiccups were a faulty kitchen sink faucet (just need a screw tightened) and ice maker dispenser (still made ice but had to grab from freezer drawer and froze up). I would suggest a table and chairs on the upper deck so that folks can enjoy the ocean views and hang out with food and beverage. "

"Host is EXTREMELY fast at responding. We had 6 adults stay here. 2 of them were elderly and used walkers which wasn't a problem at all since the house is single story. You can't get a better view than this place and my mother and her friend were in heaven with it. The main little town of Oceanside is adorable and we ate out for every meal even though there was a full kitchen we could've cooked in. The Master is stunning & if you like taking a bath there is an amazing bathtub in the master...

"This property is a quiet location. The floors on the south side of this home is slanted. I could roll a can of peas on the floor. The bedroom was sloped as well. Sleeping in this bed was uncomfortable. The bed was low at the head and high at the foot headhead.and headheadand m"

"This property should be banned from Expedia. Deceptive, HAZMAT DIRTY, actually dangerous and disgusting! Management company lies, misleads, and rude. I am filing a formal lawsuit against this company for not refunding my money after I refused to stay in this unsafe home with my Son. We walked in the door and I immediately had allergic reactions to the cat urine, mold and dust. I would not be surprised if the house was infested with bed bugs! AVOID at all costs! "
