The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol. "My wife and I visited for a show in town, and the hotel was in a great location for accessing the town centre. The decoration was unique and really pleasant, the bathroom was lovely, and the bed was very comfy. We also really enjoyed having keypads to access both the building and room so we didn’t have to worry about keys/cards."

"It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it."

"Room was extremely small - no room for suitcases or bags. Midgies were an issue and had to close window - being so small the room was super stuffy. A fan was available which helped a little. If stairs are an issue for you - find somewhere else. Okay for a quick one night stop but wouldn’t recommend for any longer. Dinner (lamb) was amazing - highly recommend the food. "
