"Upon arrival we messaged the host and customer service. we waited one hour to have access to the keys. The entire room was dirty. There were two bags full of garbage in the kitchen. The bed was not made. The bedsheets sheets were soiled. In the bathroom the towels were soiled. The kitchen was missing the stove. Definitely an uncomfortable situation you don’t want to experience, eventually we have to go through all the proper channels/parties in order to get a refund back. "

"This was a great place for our family vacation to Puerto Rico. With both the upstairs and downstairs units, all nine of us were comfortable and had plenty of room. The pool was a great perk as well as the short walk to the beach and nature preserve. This is a great home base for those looking for something out of the bustle of the north and looking to relax."

"Peaceful, relaxing, amazing views, and honestly the most tranquil trip my family and I have taken in a long time. The container homes are spacious and made us all feel like home away from home. My kids were comfortable and there were even family games in the rooms. The host was very helpful as well. The pool was our boys favorite spot and enjoyed the jet bubbles for sure.
