I stayed here for 6 days, and I really loved the location. It was convenient, and the free laundry and coffee were nice perks. However, there were several issues that affected my overall experience.
The capsules are quite low, making it difficult for taller guests to get in and out comfortably. Cleanliness was also a major concern. My capsule was...
"For a cheap bed to sleep for the night it was fine. But don’t expect much. Not even a simple breakfast or snacks. Would I stay here again? Yes. But with VERY VERY low expectations.
Pros: staff was nice and helpful! Even put my bags in my room for me.
Silent at night. No earplugs needed.
Felt safe as a solo traveler.
Cons: not clean. Used towels and napkins EVERYWHERE.
Broken things. Broken toilet paper holder. Shaky toilet.
Very very hot. It was hard to sleep because it was so hot in the...

It's a quick walk to the train/bus station. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from COEX. There are plenty of coffee...

I just...
"Amazing location and exactly as advertised. Managers went above and beyond by providing little free snacks at front counter every morning. Also they provide all the water you need in the fridge area! Thank you Bread Hill Hotel Jongno and staff!"
