"Our room was very clean and nice. Staff were very friendly. Not too many breakfast options."

"I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. Everything was as expected for a Grand Hyatt property: excellent customer service, tidy rooms, and well-maintained facilities. The views of Seoul were amazing as well. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The concierge lady on the 15th floor was incompetent. I was going to incheon next, and I asked if the hotel could arrange transportation and she told me the subway will take 2 hours. And then i clarified I wanted a car arranged. And she ordered me a regular taxi. The taxi didn't take apple pay, the ride was over 2 hours, and I committed because the driver kept accelerating and decelerating. Also no one greeted me at the door, and i had to open the door myself and handle the luggage myself....

"Four seasons was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere. First class service, stunning room and one of the breakfasts you can get. Nothing was too much trouble. Would always stay there if in Seoul."

"Beautiful location proximity to market restaurants shopping. They have complimentary bus service to drop near by popular shops and restaurants. Rooms are well maintained clean and fresh The staff are very polite always ready to help and smiling it is all 5 star service. Glad we opted to stay there for 6 days"
