"This is the perfect place to spend time alone with your partner, I was truly delighted."

"Everything was great! Staff is very nice!"

"Falsely advertised. Dont know what customer service means and say free breakfast only to inform after checking in that they stopped giving breakfast. Too much pricey for sham hotel just having some statues and lighting to up the antic but no stuff"

"Great location in a historic building. It was walking distance to lots of restaurants and fun. My room was small."

"The room was spacious, extremely clean and had a beautiful bathroom. Great parking and professional front desk staff. Would give 5 stars except for the fact it smelled like weed in several places throughout the hotel, unfortunately."

"My 1 star is because there was no hot water!!!!! We let the water run for about 10-15 minutes which we should NOT have to do. Called the front desk and they stated to run the water in the shower and sink for 10 minutes. She then stated that because we are on the 11th floor it takes time to reach so high because it's down in the basement.. Not my first time in a hotel with 11 floors but ok! Then we went to the front desk and talked to a different front desk person and he sent engineering up to...

"They or You need to visit their website because... 1. There is no lake view from any of the rooms. 2. Our room had no shower curtain when we arrived, notified staff that they could have access all day, bc we were out. Got back at 4:00, Staff offered to give us the shower curtain and and was huffed bc we walked away. 3.No spa, no steam room. Massage was 2 chairs sitting in the lobby, that were pay by the minute, but you had to wait for the staff to get out of them. 4. Limited breakfast, which...

"Clean"

"The staff at the front desk was awesome Mr. Phanny. He are great person, he made every effort to promote this property’s bussiness."

"The only crazy thing is the pool area and the amount of kids and people that use it. The supper food time was a bit crazy. But the staff were wonderful"

"A lot of deferred maintenance.Obviously low budget. A semi cab parked in the lot for 2 days running was dismissed as a concern by female at desk. Creaky doors, minimal towels, trains all night.Trees were pretty but a bare minimum business. No elevators for sure."

"Was super excited for a cozy couple days together in the middle of nowhere away from everyone, the place looked great online. It's very deceiving. The location is literally out in the bundox. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's nearly 2mi of gravel road coming to/ from Nashville, which if it's been raining, you'll need a 4WD to maneuver with the up/down and sharp corner hills. But just the location is gravel coming from the other way. The wood provided was wet and hard to light and keep...
