"This is a very bad hotel. The staff are rude to guests. They randomly close the hotel for the maintenance with no warning and throw guests to the streets. They overbook the hotel and they tell the guests that too bad and tough luck for them. The staff do not know anything about good customer service. "

I highly recommend it for families, couples, or groups of friends. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was wonderful. We were greeted by Santiago, who was very friendly and helpful, and Mr. Jose is a lovely person. Thank you very much. We would have loved to stay a few more days, but it is definitely a place we would return to without hesitation. The Coffee Park is only a 10-minute bus ride away and costs only $4,000 Colombian pesos, which is equivalent to $1 dollar depending on the exchange rate."
