Of course there are newer and plusher hotels but this place takes some beating for its idyllic location, courteous and professional service, cleanliness, comfort and good value restaurant. "A warm welcome was followed by a warm and cosy room. The kippers for breakfast were piping hot and the egg poached to perfection. Breakfast was included in room price, and served to you table. The location is very central to the town, and the host was most helpful. "
