"Property keeps getting more rundown. Room had an unpleasant odor. Property no longer provides a breakfast. Iwas told it was due to the homeless people people. (Red Lion leases the 2nd floor of the hotel to the city of Boise to house homeless people. ) The breakfast deal was the main reason that I used your facility. I probably won't be coming there anymore."

"Great stay"

"Staff was great."

"Nice place to stay with one exception and to me is a BIG one. Our room needs some routine maintenance i.e., carpets surely needed to be cleaned/shampooed. Stains everywhere and did not feel comfortable in walking on the carpets without slippers or shoes. Please a little maintenance (carpet cleaning) in each room goes alongggggggggggggg wayyyyyyyyyyy."

"My husband and I have stayed at this location a few times and it is by far the cleanest and most comfortable compared to 2 other nearby hotels with airport shuttles."

"Check-in was a Breeze. Staff was extremely helpful. The room was well maintained and clean. Everybody was very friendly and polite."
