"This was an emergency stop over for me as I needed a break and sleep. Mattress was not very comfortable at all the bedroom was tidy and clean. Breakfast choice was either McDonald’s or Costa heated sandwich …not exactly what I would class as a breakfast and being a motorway service station everything was excessively expensive as well. but as I said, this was an emergency night stay and it served its purpose perfectly for me."

Later in the day, after a long day out, we spoke to another member of staff who final managed to give us two towels and switch on the heating. The hotel is very very old but it reflected on the price."
