It was all around perfect and the restaurants were all wonderful. You can also get some room service at any time. If I had one thing to change it would be the size of the AC for the room. But there was a nice fan that compensated. Truly a great space and I will definitely stay there again soon. The Asian styled grill is amazing all the dishes on the patio and the coffee shop were great.

Omggggg I had the BEST SOLO TRIP . As a young African American that can be very scary. However no one was going to stop my vacation. This beautiful hotel picked me up , purchased me a cake, went to the pharmacy for me when I was cramping terribly, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe at all times. It is a small, beautiful, colonial property with wonderful staff (front desk, doormen, cleaners, waiters). Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and safe. The bfast was very good, the coffee strong (a french press, no espresso), and the restaurant has a good ceviche. We arrived at the hotel and it was pouring; yet two bell boys quickly ran over with umbrellas to help with our luggage. The front desk gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. Location is perfect to explore the Walled City and Getsemaní. Only a 5 min walk to the harbor where dive boats pick up. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The fact is that I missed my flight on Monday January 13th, 2024 and couldn’t make it to this hotel until Tuesday, I called that Monday to advise of the issue and was given 3/4 of what I spent for that Monday in credit to use at the rooftop bar… That is excellent customer service! For me this was in the perfect location, a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Some people complain the room is too small but it is absolutely fine. There's plenty of room to set your bags down and hang your clothes.

My friend and I (2 women) stayed one night and felt safe and looked after by staff. Our room was large and clean. We felt we were among locals and not in a tourist enclave. The best part was being able to walk to the airport for our morning departure flight with no worries about being there on time due to traffic.
