"This hotel was a nightmare. I arrived at Panama City from Ecuador at 8:30pm, but NO Shuttle was available as they advertised on Expedia, and even worse, there was no one to answer the phone at all. I emailed, texted, and called the hotel right after I received the book confirmation from Expedia and the day BEFORE my arrival because it was my first time to visit Panama. "This place is extremely good value for the price ! Housekeeping came to my room 2x a day to check on me. No pests, no bugs. The shower pressure feels like a deep massage, you have a bidet, room service, friendly receptionist! This place almost feels like a 5 star hotel lol. Warning: Remote workers? DO NOT DEPEND ON HOTEL WIFI. You need a good mobile hotspot, their WiFi connection is good but unstable. Plenty of great takeout food $5 a block away, $1 smoothies, it’s truly a small paradise....

"We stayed at this resort about 9 years ago and enjoyed it. It has actually improved since then! It is a true birder's paradise. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with balconies that overlook the stunning grounds with all sort of trees and plants that attract birds. The staff is welcoming and accomodating.
