"We stayed in the 2 bedroom beach front villa which was beautiful sunsets, clean and comfortable rooms and amenities. The air con in our master room was leaking but we just let the air con from living room flow through with no problems. Our room was not ready and had to wait at bar till 3ish but they were accommodating in allowing a late check out to make up for that which worked well for us going to airport later that afternoon House keeping and restaurant/bar staff are amazing - so friendly...

The guy at reception with gold tooth was snatching documents or literally chucking it back- zero customer service skills or the need or want to be helpful. The place is not clean, our bedsheets were dirty and it had fresh stains. When we went to ask for two fresh sheets we were told it’s housekeeping policy to not change sheets unless we have checked out. Je then proceeded to come into...
