"Room was clean and a perfect base for exploring. 1 tiny fan and no air conditioning as advertised! We had to go buy another large fan as was stifling even with both sets of patio doors open all night. Not the golf view promised but a building site. Would also help to advise customers you have longterm construction daily for 2 new blocks. Noise from deliveries of materials, lorries reversing, Externally the existing buildings need alot of care and repairs. Balconies falling to bits. Weeds growing...

"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. I stayed here one night to visit the near by Cotswold villages, like Castle Combe, which was only half an hour away. If the windows could be upgraded and...

"Checked in around 9:00 pm and we were greeted by a drunk owner (remember this is also a pub!) then we were guided through the kitchen to our rooms upstairs which were dated and dirty. This is the first time that we had to block the door of the rooms because we felt unsafe. Avoid at all costs!"
