"A beautiful quaint cottage. Well appointed to get to surrounding villages and attractions. Very well equipped, clean and warm. Thoughtful host, which had provided lots of additional information to help us enjoy our stay. Great local pubs within walking distance, only one local shop, which has long hours and all the basic provisions . Excellent nearby local farm shop if required. I would definitely recommend this property."

"The house itself is nice but when we arrived there was a lot of rubbish around the house. The kitchen lacked glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. We bought glasses ourselves and the rest was brought after two days. The WiFi was not working and consequently the TV didn't go either. A new WiFi was dropped at the house after five (!) days which we installed ourselves but the TV still didn't work. At one day somebody stood in front of the house and wanted to show it to somebody who was interested to buy...

"Stayed as a large family for a long weekend. The grandchildren loved the garden. The main house was great, the weather was perfect so we mainly used the kitchen and outside garden dining table. All four bedrooms in the main house are bright and well furnished. The bedrooms in the annexe are more basic but fine for just sleeping in. The host was always available and responded to the couple of queries we had immediately."

"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Had a lovely stay. Cottage was brilliant. This was a really good base for exploring the area! Lots to see and do. Lovely pub in walking distance. Cottage has a lovely cozy feel, lovely view and nice outdoor areas. Private parking. Felt private but not isolated. Highly reccommend, we would definitly stay again! "

"Me and my husband stayed here for a few days for his birthday and we wished we’d stayed all week! The barns are beautifully decorated inside with all of the amenities you could possibly need. The space and views outside were stunning and the whole stay was so peaceful. We were able to take our dog on walks across the fields and didn’t meet another soul. It was perfect for our dog to totter around outside while we enjoyed the BBQ and the views. We ate breakfast at the farm shop behind the barn...
