"The heat in our room did not work, they finally brought us a space heater which helped some. Also, the room had the weirdest bathrooms that I have ever seen. Our toilet was diagonal and the lid wouldn’t even stay up, very hard to use the restroom."

"Close to Park Meadows Mall. The bathroom in the room was small and awkward with toilet in small room with shower and sink right across from bed. No hot tub, small pool."

"Breakfast was great. Everything was great. I have no complaints."

"Spent an hour and a half waiting for shuttle that didn’t come from the airport. Rang desk numerous times and never answered, paid for an Uber in the end. No water or coffee machine in room strangely only a microwave. Though staff friendly enough many did not speak English."

"Very clean rooms and good breakfast choices."

"No water bottles in the room reservation is not including breakfast"

"Excellent staff, room was very clean."

"a well maintained and clean hotel with a helpful staff"

"The hot tub was not very warm and the bubbles weren't working. A queen room is meant for 4 people but only has enough soap, shampoo, and conditioner for one. I have worked in the hotel business for a lot of years so I know there should be more than that. Otherwise the room was clean and the breakfast was good."
