"The hotel had very narrow beds and the room was very hot. The breakfast was “OK”. The restaurant had good food but with a waiter who didn’t know anything about the different dishes, wine alternatives or beers. He had to ask everything to the chef! After the main course, we ordered a dessert with some berries and when we saw it was “hjortron” (cloudberry) I said. “Oh, hjortron” as it was a positive surprise for me. Huskvarna Hotell & Vandrarhem

"Booked to go to an expo near by, the hotel was one of the few affordable options. Booking two triple rooms for 4 of us and then requested sheets and cleaning, which were extra costs paid locally. The entry information needs to be requested in advance, but there was a member of staff at reception when we arrived. Friendly place, rooms basic- we had a TV in ours, toilet and then shared shower. Bed weren’t thr most comfortable and sheets were very starchy, but cant complain for the price. Breakfast was also available. Limited parking in the street, payable 9-6, either at the machine with a card, or via an app. No issues during the stay, limited facilities in Huskvarna, with one hotel or restaurants as the only options for an evening drink. would happily stay again if the price was good. "

"This hotel is a bit out of the way from the centre of Jonkoping. Take note of this the hotel was clean and a pleasant stay. The deal with an evening meal is handy but the choice is limited. Also you have to register your car for the car park on each day you are there not for the stay. If you return after 11 pm the reception is all closed off and you can’t access the device to re register your car reg. we will see if they try and send me a bill or something."
