"There was no hot water in the room during our stay and the jacuzzi was closed, not sure of the problem, but the jacuzzi was being refilled when my partner went to check out the showers in that area to see if he could use one. The manager of the hotel took my partner to three different vacant guest rooms before they found one that had some hot water, so he could take a shower. The hot water ran out immediately after he rinsed his hair. I did not use the breakfast facilities, but my partner did...
