"This property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Highly recommend buying the breakfast ahead of time because holy it was a life saver and so amazing to have that many options for breakfast! The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, I had asked them to decorate my room for a birthday and they did it so perfectly and I loved it so so much and did not expect them to put that much effort into it, but they did! (I did buy my own decorations of course!) Overall I want to come back to this...

"First time to Lime Tree and we were pleasantly surprised. Our suite was across the street from the main hotel and office. This may not be to the liking of some people but to us it was private and quiet. Our suite was very clean, had a great shower and the kitchen was well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’m hoping to return! "

"The hotel is small but very nice. Recent updates, comfortable bed, nice linens. Great 12/12 shower head. Breakfast was complimentary and parking is free, which is always appreciated when taking a cross country vacation. I couldn't give the amenities 5 stars because the pool and pool bar were closed during our stay and the sunset pointe bar was only open on our last night. I'm not blaming the resortad I'm sure the maintenance was necessary, it was just unfortunate "

"Didn't get to see the manatees that everybody had talked about but other than that, couldn't have asked for more. It is a little tiny walking through the front door and passing the two beds (Unit #4) but that was expected and known going into it. The bathroom is bigger than I was expecting and the living room/kitchen is just perfect with a nice back porch for just relaxing. It was just me and my wife on our 30th anniversary so there were no issues with anything at all.....adding another couple...
