"We arrived very late, or early in the morning. Kenny, hopefully that was his name, really went out of his way to help us out finding a more convenient room. He had such a great energy and a great smile. Also, he spook Dutch, not all the staff spook the language. We came back after our second trip and helped us out again, thank goodness he was there! "The property was just a few steps from the Sloterdijk Sprinter train and tram stations. The location is a 5-minute ride going to Amsterdam Centraal. The staff are very helpful and the buffet breakfast is always fresh and the staff are very mindful in refilling the food."

"The staff was kind and courteous. The lobby area and hallways were quite nice. The restaurant for dinner is only open for a few hours at night. As well the menu is small. The chicken Caesar salad is not available, the waitress informed the table next us that they had no chicken. The chefs salad has no meat in it. It’s basically a garden salad. We tried to order 10 minutes after the table beside us and were told the kitchen was closed, at 8:30 pm. Thankfully there was a restaurant down the street...
