"Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. We arrived early at the main hotel reception (Church Landing) and they let us check in early. We originally booked a room in the Palmer Inn. The rooms have been newly renovated and are well appointed. Lovely fire and balcony. However had a small issue with one of the beds in our room and the very helpful staff found us a replacement room straight away. They even upgraded up to a larger room on the Church Landing hotel with amazing views of the lake. The...
"Many upgrades needed. Shower was dirty. Outlets did not work. Lamp had no bulbs that worked. Window screens had holes. Bees coming in. Chipped wood on the tables. When first arrived was told patio with Lakeview. What you get is a tiny square with enough room for one chair. And a view of trees in a parking lot. You can barely see the lake. Tavern only open on certain days. The whole building has a strange odor. Would not recommend."
"Everything was great except the oven didn’t work in our place. We had 6 of us, we requested 2 bedrooms and we’re don’t travel as a family much and this worked great! They had 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, towels provided and locker rooms. We had plans so the activities they had we couldn’t attend, but they did have a pool table and other games. They had out door courts available to us also that were maintained: Volleyball, basketball, etc. we would stay there again!"

"Thorough charming, atmospheric and memorable. The house looks like the set of Clue, and it's wonderful to imagine yourself in a country estate a century earlier. Breakfast was excellent, staff were lovely, and we had a great time."
"Sutton is a beautiful property and very cozy. The host is very sweet and accommodating. Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. Each morning muffins and fruit were available. Plenty of dining and lounging areas. They also have a pool. They also provide many board and card games as well. We hope to return soon."
"No towels, for $1185 for three night and no towels, had to take out the trash and sweep the floors, and was expected to leave a tip for the maid I never saw, that was wrong, needless to say I didn’t leave a tip, besides that , the place was great lots to do had fun, next time I’ll rent a camper and stay on the other side of the property, front desk was awesome, answered all my questions,"
"This is the best Bed and Breakfast we've ever stayed in. Amazing lakeside with kayaks and a paddleboard. Just off a rail trail. But the highlight is the hospitality and gourmet breakfasts of your host. Off the charts."
