"Staff Willow, Betsy & Kate, are brilliant and made our stay amazing! Willow even brought in an iron in from her home, as the iron at the Ship had gone missing. We’ve already booked to return later in the year. Highly recommended, other ship is in a great location, with a view that is priceless. "

"This is a wonderful manor hotel in the Welsh countryside. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. The room was spacious and well appointed. The only draw back is there is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage up stairs. "

"This booking was a disaster. Due to medical emergency had to cancel Contacted Hotels,com to say wasnt going and tried to get the booking deferred but the client would not allow it. The client is not the pleasant couple who own the property but a company in Holland with a 1 star reputation. On booking got a flood of e-mails and documents from Holland with a huge list of does and donts. The contract was with Hotels.com not some company that would never have chosen to do business with.
