As long as I brought up any question or issue, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. I was surprised by the fact that they only have smoking rooms, but they used a deodorizing spray multiple times and helped me ventilate the room so the smell smoke smell was almost entirely gone.
