"The location and staff along with a comfy bed and room made staying near the monkey forest a very good choice in Ubud. The Bali Bohemia restaurant was also excellent food and other food options on the street made for a convenient stay. The monkeys were the only thing that made it interesting trying to steal our shoes and harassing us. But you are staying in the monkey forest if you choose Bali Bohemia "

"The staff were lovely, always happy to help and so friendly, nothing was a problem. We also loved the quiet oasis that our villa was away from the noisy traffic of Ubud. It was so central and easy to walk around but it was very private and quiet. Only small issue was the live music next door on Sat night but it was done by 11pm so didn't disrupt our sleep too much. "When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. "A nice boutique hotel near a great restaurant if you’re feeling lazy to go into town (Ubud green). Great selection of food to get from there. The bed was comfortable. Nice room. Overlooks the swimming pool. Clean facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. My only issue was the smell from the washroom/ shower. I think the sewage or plumbing needs work. Otherwise, great hotel that’s affordable and close to town."
