"Stayed one night at Tom's Court to attend a concert at Adelaide Oval. Location is a little bit out of the way but close to the City South tram stop and Victoria Square. Paid $25 to park my car at the hotel - the car park is offsite, so you have to find a place to park, check in then move your car. The entrance to the carpark isn't very clear and you do have to get out to scan the FOB before pulling into a very (VERY) tight entrance - i drive a little i30 and struggled to get in without almost...

"Good for one night stay"

"Very convenient location"

"Clean room, nice staff, balcony and onsite parking."

"The staff where okay, I asked about the wifi as it was so slow and they told me they hadn't had complaints in the past. That must be a trade answer for alot of enquiries, as I've had a similar response to other concerns in other places. I think it's just an excuse not to do anything about it. Rooms where large and shower good. however no way to keep feet dry as no floor mat or towel."

"I stayed here for 4 nights overall in 2 parts. The location is great & I used the outdoor area on level 2 nearly every night. I recommend the Lion Hotel which is close by for a meal & drinks. My only other feedback is, while the bedding & bathrooms were clean & tidy, both rooms need a steam clean on the carpets. They appeared clean, just some stains. It would also be good to be able to book the parking online too, but this was easily arranged with reception - $18 p/day it’s secure & under the...

"Its cheap but not cheap enough for how dirty and run down the place is. Everything in the room was sticky and gross."

"Place is in dire need of renovation. First night TV didn’t work. Adelaide was cold and aircon didn’t work. Teabags were undrinkable possibly due to being stored with dishwashing liquid. Bathroom was very dated with damaged surfaces. Desk only serviced from 9am so I couldn’t leave my bags when I wanted to check out earlier. It was a cheaper hotel but not any cheaper than the clean updated three stars I usually stay in. !! I also booked it for its central location which was convenient !!"

"Value for Money"

"Great hotel but difficult to find ample parking."

"Ideal location for a short stay in Adelaide."

"Hotel room was amazing and friendly staff. Were only there for 1 night but will be staying there again on our next trip. Highly recommend"

"We liked the location. We did not like the following: Lift out of action and walking through those cold depressing stairwells. Having to walk up the ramp to the carpark. The room was not inviting. Paint pealing off the ceiling, rusty air vents, mould in the bathroom and ceiling. The sprinkler in the bathroom had dropped out of the ceiling. The exhaust fan was full of dust. TV cut in and out. The bed was squeaky and fell to the centre. No wine glasses. It felt like a prison cell."

"Good location to city"

"We had a large spacious room, king bed with lovely bedding. Very spacious, comfortable shower with all the amenities. Overall a very comfortable stay and excellent customer service from Rishani."

"No reception desk due to renovations. No reply when rang the number given when things didn’t work or we needed help. No contact at all from anymore. No instructions on appliances. Very disappointed altho it was a besutiful place to stay !"
