Breakfast times are appointed so not too many guest arrive at the same time which is a plus. Extra toothbrushes w/ toothpaste provided, comb, shower cap, razor etc. Did not have to worry too much about the distance to the nearest tourist attraction/location. Very walkable, but if you get tired, bus stops are at almost every 2 blocks or so. "
