"We know that it is a hotel in a very old town but we did not have the best of experiences. It says that it includes parking but that is not true. The car must be left in the street since the hotel cannot be accessed by car because the streets are almost pedestrian. You have to go up on foot with your bags and it is quite difficult because the streets are cobbled and very steep. Once at the hotel they gave us the room on the top so we had to go up 2 more floors by a quite uncomfortable...

"Friendly helpful staff. Quiet clean room. Wish they didn’t feel they have to put up a sign at breakfast that says essentially that if you take seconds it will be added to the bill. The sign puts a negative spin on an otherwise friendly atmosphere. The breakfast room is clean but utilitarian and not decorated with taste which is unfortunate because the breakfast offerings were quite good."
