"good"

"Very friendly staff, with the exception of two individuals working the Bar. I asked if I could take a clean wine glass to my room, as I had purchased a bottle to keep in the room. I was looked at like I was a criminal and was told "You need to bring it back"...Lovely. The next night, my wife and I decided to order a pizza from the bar. We were fully aware these pizzas were frozen and not handmade which was okay with us. I asked if it was possible to add some onions to the pizza, and this time I...

"Clean room with everything you need. Staff friendly and help full. Coffee was great in the mornings"

"McDonald’s is next to the hotel Easy access to the airport"

"Everything was first-rate; I especially appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was also varied and delicious. I liked the fact that the shuttle bus goes frequently, starting very early in the morning. As a result of all of this, I had a good rest and thus better able to face the hectic, crowded situation at the Amsterdam airport. Thank you!"

"Great staff, great location! Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!"

"Near the airport"

"Great place to stay, with a quick transit ride to Centraal Station."

"Gewoon ideaal"

"Location is the key aspect if you want to refer this hotel to anyone, it is easy to find, accessible by tram from the central station. Walking distance to the museums and restaurants nearby. Great location for a family. You can get a decent sleep as the area is not that noisy and the beds are okay. We didn't include the breakfast as its price does not seem worth it. We have eaten in nearby cafes and the price was very similar. Rooms and hotel is in need of a refurbishment, carpets are stained...

"The location was great, a lot to see and do in the whole area. The rate was not consistent with the level of the hotel."

"I liked the security aspect of the hotel needing to buzz in or use your key card for entry. I didn’t realize how small and narrow the hotel was when booking."

"Vriendelijk personeel. Jammer dat je nog extra moest betalen voor de parking ‘s nachts. Ik boekte via Expedia en klikte met hond aan en kreeg prijs, toch nog veel duurder bedrag moeten betalen. In Frankrijk alles in en duidelijk."
