"The area was beautiful and there was no shortage of outdoor adventures for every fitness level. Whether it was just enjoying the fresh air and scenery, hiking the numerous trails, shopping in Helen or trying the ziplines and watersports. We did not like that the tavern hours and shuttle hours were subject to change without notice. We did not bring our own food because we stayed at the lodge and had planned on visiting the tavern or restaurants in the area. We found out the hard way that...

"The hotel was a wonderful experience—great service, quiet atmosphere, and a truly welcoming environment. Would definitely stay again. "

"The service was top notch. Two issues: the tile floor was so dirty that after wiping up some spilt water the towel was black. It was reported to the front desk. Parking is very expensive for a hotel located outside of the city."

"Beautiful resort and the staff was fantastic. I would have given it 5 stars but the rooms could use some attention. Things like our bathroom door was broken, the toilet is loose and rocks and some of the electric outlets in the lamps did not work. Another item is the recirculation line for the hot water system did not work. We probably wasted 3 gallons of water each time waiting for the water to get hot. Other than those items our stay was great and we would recomend to anyone."
