"Overall, I’m dissatisfied with my experiense at this hotel. In particular, this hotel didn’t approve my date change request, even it was made within the change period. I requested reducing a night for stay. So that should be refunded. Allow me to advice to other guests that your booking for this hotel won’t be editable with any reasons. Second point is almost hotel staff don’t understand neither English nor Japanese. They can speak Chinese only. The room, lobby, …etc accomdations are clean...
