"A one night stay on our way to Amalfi. Hotel front exterior could use some cleaning. The pool area and dining area very nicely set up. Limited checkin time till 9pm . The room was fairly small but all updated and modern and comfy. Breakfast had a great selection and good. Service was good except nobody to help with bags and some stairs to get up to check in. I would reccomend a ramp for disabled and strollers and easier to roll up suitcases. "

"Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room. Needless to say, neither was present. I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel."

"Not very impressed, the reason for booking was so we could relax and and have spa and massage treatments. And they said that the person doesn't work the month of August, isn't that busy season.why would I go halfway up a mountain to stay with nothing to do and don't help you with anything.very disappointed."
