"Our extended family of 8 spent a lovely week here in July 2022. The setting is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by woods and with wonderful views across the valley. The accommodation is clean and spacious, although quite rustic in nature. "We thought the house and grounds were lovely. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable, plenty of hot water thanks to the on demand water heaters. I really enjoyed being able to use the fireplaces! There was plenty of firewood and I think it helped with keeping the gas heating expense down. Really enjoyed the stay!"
