Plenty of space in the kitchen and bedrooms with air conditioning throughout.Location: Beautiful views of Contursi Terme, interesting Italian hillside roads to access the villa (these got easier with experience!).Surrounding Area: Good access to the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Naples.Host: Salvatore is very accommodating and an impressive pizzaiolo (you must accept his offer to cook pizza in the wood-fired oven!)Overall we had a fantastic week, and our teenage children said it's the best summer holiday they've had! Thanks Salvatore!"

"Historic 19th century manor modernized approximately for a lovely stay. War the museum and archeological site, yet away from the busy entrance cares. A wonderful restaurant that one needs to reserve for an exclusive chef directed dinner. Novel and well prepared. With special touches that Chef Luigi creates. Other excellent restaurants and bistros in walking distance. This boutique hotel is best for adults, but children would be fine —just not at the restaurant. Fresh fruit and chef-baked bread are part of the buffet breakfast as is home made cheeses and condiments. A great place to be after a day walking among ancient ruins and elegant temples."

"It was modern, with coffee and tea service, all the toiletries imaginable, close to a mini-mart and bar and within walking distance of my tour hotel. It also had a collection of poetry in the room."

"We arrived early at the hotel and we're allowed to park at the hotel while we walked to the ancient Greek Temples which were an easy walk from the hotel. The hotel had beautiful grounds and a nice swimming pool. The room was nice and clean, but simple. We atedinner and it was delicious, as was the morning breakfast. All in all a great stay and we would do it again. If you are going to see the Temples, it is worth a stay. "
