"This really was an outstanding hotel....beautiful inside and out, extremely friendly staff and good food. Our room was a luxurious suite with everything we needed for a very comfortable nights rest and the views from the property were wonderful. Nice to see a dog friendly hotel with free doggie treats and plenty of attention from the staff for our four legged friends! I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and if we pass this way again we will be sure to return!"

"Located far down the peninsula from Rockland at Spruce Head, Craignair Inn boasts panoramic views and oceanfront dining. Our room, one of 16, was on the third floor and nicely remodeled. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep; but assistance with our luggage was offered. The inn also contains the Causeway restaurant serving casually elegant dinners. Our meals were memorable. We would definitely come back on future trips."

"We spent a long weekend at the end of September. The hosts, the food, and the inn itself were all fantastic. Though not on the water, we were just minutes driving away from lakes and the coast. Plan on coming back next year to explore more of the area."
